No issue is too small, too large or too embarrassing. Read our personal replies here.
We have been married for three years and are ready to start our family.
I work abroad and make it home only once every couple of months.
We are then together for two blissful weeks before I have to leave her.
Its starting to put a huge strain on our relationship because my wife cries whenever its time for me to leave.
I hate leaving her like that. Im trying to stay calm and be optimistic but it feels like the odds are stacked against us.
What more can I do to help her get pregnant? It seems like nothing we try works.
DEIDRE SAYS:It can become stressful if you do not conceive immediately but most couples have to wait for at least a year of trying before any doctor will investigate.
Being in a long-distance relationship means added challenges.
You will need to plan carefully and put some extra effort into conception but try not to stress too much about getting pregnant, as this in itself can prevent conception.
